我想考FULL LICENCE 有LEARNER 和国内的驾照了，可以直接去报名么
还有费用是多少，有什么简捷的方法直接考过么，有什么中介可以帮忙熟悉考试路段或者保过的嘛谢谢啦~~~~

Yes, u can, around 80 to $90, I heard, knowing the rules and routes are quite important, plus a bit luck.

If agency told they will gurantee u pass, that's totally bullshit, but they can book u at a certain time which

the roads are not busy to advoid traffic, which helps.
