请问这封是要给我发解释信吗，问题严重吗，可是等了都20天了还没来信，为什么不在邮件上发呢，这CO也太不负责任了吧，非常感谢

请问他把写的信寄过来，那会是PPI LETTER，还是一些小问题解释呢，可能自己想的太多了，而且他这一耽误就是20多天，现在又推到月底，谢谢
