请问这封是要给我发解释信吗，问题严重吗，可是等了都20天了还没来信，为什么不在邮件上发呢，这CO也太不负责任了吧，非常感谢

如果Co是要写一份正式的PPI letter, 不会通过email 的形式的。
如果你担心邮件寄丢了，请喝你的CO联系。

非常感谢你专业的回答，今天收到CO的邮件，I am sorry but things have got a little delayed as they sometimes do. I hope to be able to write to you by the end of this month
请问他把写的信寄过来，那会是PPI LETTER，还是一些小问题解释呢，可能自己想的太多了，而且他这一耽误就是20多天，现在又推到月底，谢谢
