Edam Cheese (愛達姆乳酪) 為荷蘭最有名的乳酪之一。形狀為球型,出口的 Edam 外層都有一層紅色的蠟;不過最近生產的 Edam 在形狀和大小上都有變化,外表的蠟也因所加的香料而有不同
