请教一下大家，出租房子都和房客签合同吗？

大家合同内容都是什么呢？如果不介意的，请在这里分享一下，所有房东互相借鉴参考一下。

if LZ are going to rent out one room, then you're not protected by "the residential tenancy act"! the agreement itself means nothing!

还能有地方管理押金，这样对双方都放心

我们没有签过合同，只是觉得如果大家后面住的不开心，还因为合同的时间问题硬住在一起会很不舒服。

签不签没什么关系，boarding的不受residential tenancy act的保护。租房之前把事情讲明白就好了，宁可罗嗦点。
