星期一电话fedex 要求快递过来取东西邮寄到中国香港,告诉我星期三早上能到。
当时我还说了CHINA HONGKONG,
如果不对，其实她们可以当时就跟我说。

今天查的时候发现东西到了广州之后，被转到了北京。于是电话fedex 的人问怎么回事，告诉我说，因为我在HONGKONG 后面有CN,所以，东西不会被送到香港，会送到CHINA .
如果她说，在区域上，我们把香港划定成另外一个独立区域。你写错了，我们可以怎么怎么解决这个问题，我就不会ORZ了。

结果，那个客服三番两次的跟我说NO，HONGKONG AND CHINA ARE TWO DIFERENT COUNTRIES.反正东西是不能送到香港的，必须要退回奥克兰之后再填一个表格才能够。说东西到了北京没有地方接收就要直接退回奥克兰，并且就是不能帮你送到香港。除非你有人在北京收了之后再填表格再转寄。总之，you have no other option. Do you want the parcel back to AUCKLAND?
于是我很ORZ的说：“NO, I need talk to your manager”

先不管是她英文表达不对还是我理解问题错误，其实只要她说我们可以尝试重新快递到香港就可以。
她在我说：
Excuse me, HongKong is belong to China。之后; 仍然强调NO，HONGKONG is another country, not belong to CHINA;
HONGKONG AND CHINA ARE TWO DIFERENT COUNTRIES.
为了解决问题，我中止话题，说不想再谈论country的问题，你们现在可以把快递送到香港么？
她的回答还是：“NO, WE CAN NOT DELIVER IT TO HONGKONG, The parcel need back to AKL…..Etc.
” 那我除了跟她经理谈，我就没有别的办法了。
接了2次经理电话，没接通，于是等经理回电。

之后，她的经理电话来说可以帮我们投送到香港。我也跟她经理说了，如果之前那个客服跟我说在区域上，我们把香港划定成另外一个独立区域。我也可接受，但是在我说香港属于中国之后，还说no.我比较不能接受。经理可能是中国人，听口音。于是经理说很抱歉。并且跟我说请以后country 那个位置上写香港。我也说，以后我会注意。并且非常感谢她的帮助。

其实香港在区域上划分开，比如说电话号码区号都是单独的。我也都知道。
只是东西没送到香港，没有解决方法必须退回，在加上，那个客服一直强调香港不属于中国，两个countries，弄到我orz了。。。。
Country 在字典里是region的意思。所以其实那个客服只要在我说香港属于中国之后说，是的，但是我们快递区域上划分是两个，我就不会orz.
在她说因为你在香港后面国家上写上了中国，所以不能送到香港。我回答，可是香港是属于中国的，我说了HONGKONG is a Part of China; 客服仍然说：NO…
整个电话中，就听到她一直说no,it’s not; no, we can not…
Etc。

总体来说，解决问题快，但是那也是因为我态度比较强硬- -|||
<- 公司的同事觉得我态度没有问题。并且在我问同事香港是不是中国的，也都知道香港是。并且他们认为如果快递的人看到文件上写着HONGKONG CHINA,却不送到香港，是stupid的。。。。

(不喜欢文字中夹杂英文，但是有些词用英文表达只是为了还原说话的状态。。可能还原英文上有错误- -。。。基本上现在都不记得别的，只记得那客服一直NO。。。)

Yes, HK belongs to China but no point arguing with her...
Since they have different country/location code in terms of international postage (correct me if I am wrong), still won't solve your problem...

呵呵，LZ先消消气。FEDEX里面的on call person基本都是岛人，地理应该不是很好，所以不用和他们去争论。他们的manager是新加坡人，人很不错的。

我没记住名字。。。。。我觉得后来那个经理态度还很好的，还道歉了，所以现在觉得还好。
就是那个客服一开始从那一直的说，NO。说得我很Orz。。。。
网站上没找到哪写信complain。。。 <- 其实我就想提醒他们培训员工基本知识，我以为员工培训总要有基本的国际地理知识。何况如果是客服的话，怎么能一直说NO。连她说两个countries的时候，我都没说：NO。我都说得是 excuse me, HONGKONG is part of China... 最后被她说的orz了，我才说了句NO,我需要和你经理谈 <- 现在觉得我真是够礼貌了=- =~

系统里边香港，台湾，中国都是独立的，见的太多了，没办法，如果你非要说出个456的话，事情就不用办了。

有必要搞得自己像个难缠的人么。。。。
楼主时间很多是哦？有时间complain这些小事倒不如多点关心有意义的东西啦。。。

网上很多都将香港，澳门，台湾跟中国独立的，很大的原因是因为香港是“特别行政区”，有自己的“基本法“。。所以管理跟内地是有分别的。。。记得”一国两制“香港还有50年，但很多外国人根本不清楚“一国两制”是什么，所以就当香港是“country"

应该是 HONGKONG, China.

CHINA HONGKONG 是我在第一次电话要求PICK UP 的时候，问我送去哪，我说
TO CHINA HONGKONG,不觉得有什么问题。之后地址上是显示的HONGKONG
CN.
我也没觉得有什么问题

我只是对于那个客服在我说HONGKONG is part of China,之后说：“NO,HONGKONG and CHINA 是两个不同的” 感到orz，她们经理就知道说是，只是在快递邮件划分上是不同的区域。
这跟什么一国两制扯不上关系，政治是政治，常识是常识。我只是觉得大公司对这种基本常识要有基本的培训。
写封信浪费不了我多少时间，我也不是秒进斗金的人物。。。我认为普及常识是有意义的- -
还是没找到投诉建议的邮箱。。。orz

承不承认已不再重要，重要的是，香港早已回到了祖国母亲的怀抱，所以他们黄皮肤，黑眼睛，就是龙的传人啦！

至于楼主，别生气了，对于外国人来说，香港属不属于中国并不重要，他们不是有意的，你明白我的意思吗？你的目的是让客户服务能把包裹再转回香港啦，所以不用跟一个没有文化没有知识的人浪费自己宝贵的时间！

洋人说mailwise上是单独区域。。。

last time i went to UK and other european countries for travel... ... i write my nationality as chinese in the airport .. the airline ground staff and immigration officer stop me and say i can't get on the airplane because my nationality is chinese and then they took my passport away. and then 5 mins later the immigration staff came back .. he asked "u come from Hong Kong or China? " . i told them i come from hk ( my passport is HK passport)... ... and then ppl in the immigration told me to change the nationality to Hong Kong on the immigration form instead of chinese .. they say i can't write my nationality as chinese because if my nationality is chinese they won't let me go ( i dun understand that...) .. it is not just happen in europe .. last time happen on one my friend in Korea . he was transit in Seoul .. the immigration stop him in seoul and say his nationality is Chinese he can't get into the plane to new zealand.. at the end the immigration staff in Seoul asked him the same question he come from HK or China....and told him to change the nationality to HK instead. immigration let him go at the end ... even on the new zealand PR lable .. they say the nationality is HK instead of CN .

yes. we all know HK is part of china now and we are chinese.. ... but sometime it is pretty hard for us hogn kong people to tell people in other countries where we come from... sometime i say i come from Hong kong and then ppl say " oh no u are from china ... " but then sometime i say i am a chinese .. then the immigration told me i can't say i m a chinese .... =.=

Of coz...
I carry a HK passport too...(as well as BNO and NZ Passport)
Chinese is more of a ethnicity...e.g. there are lots of Chinese in Malaysia etc...
Because HK use a different passport to mainland thats why we needa make it clear...
Coz in some countries, you need Visa with mainland China Passport but HK PAssport don't need.
For nationality, I think I normaly write HONG KONG, CHINA or HONG KONG SAR...

yes . mico . u're right... so now .. no matter where i go .. i just write hong kong as my nationality to make things easier...
