居然收到WORLDNET警告信，非法下载！！有没人遇到过？继续下会出什么状况？？
我日啊。
邮件内容如下：

Here is WorldNet Network Operation Centre.
We've got several e-mails regarding unauthorized copy.
We've tracked the IP address and found out the customer who using thatIP address at that time.

The details of this issue are as follows;

- Timestamp :  15 Aug 2010 06:16:47
- Infringing FileName : [62.].Call.of.Duty.Modern.Warfare.2.movie.addon.rar
- Protocol :  eDonkey
- Infringer Port ID: 7556

If you will keep using the unauthorized copy and they may institutelegal proceeding.
So, please don't use unauthorized product.
As a reference, we attached a notice e-mail we've got from theassociation managing software copyright.

telecom肯定收到过类似投诉，但是肯定不了他，因为这种国际投诉没有用
最重要是新西兰关于下载盗版的法律现在还没有通过，所以现在为止，新西兰下载任何东西都是合法的，既然是合法的ISP也管不到这么多

网络公司是不管的，都是版权所有者或者相关的唱片，电影，游戏反盗版联盟的人调查，然后发信给网络公司。网络公司貌似现在也没有法律责任了，就是警告一下。有的网络公司管，也有公司不鸟他们的。。。

這個The Copyright (Infringing File Sharing) Amendment Bill的作用是修改(amend) Copyright Act 1994，在裏面加入了相關條文。所以現在Copyright Act 1994裏面就有了相關的規定……那樓上的你說要不要遵守呢？

Copyright 1994 act里面根本没有关于网罗share的任何条例，现在那个bill只是提案而已，国会还没三读通过呢
没有法律跳文的就算不合法，但也不犯法

操，还没下完呢，说实话都不是我下的，是刚换的主机，是从一个鬼佬手里买的，它原来的没删，开机后自己运行了。昨天把驴子删了。操。本来想让它下完，MLGBD 2k的下载跑了一个星期了，还没完，还收信。
