shareholder可以不是director，director可以不是shareholder

区别是shareholder owns the company，director just runs the company

说白了shareholder才是老板，director只是打工的

补充一下，shareholder 可以选择director的人选。director不可以决定shareholder的成员。除非director有share of the company and have voting rights.

Patrick is right.

The people who owned more than 51%, should be the present of the whole group.
Director is an employee and have to listen to the top management group ( all share holders)

你好，我正准备注册公司，成员就两人，那director和shareholder是不是都可以放两个人？还有number of shares怎么写
