你辞职又不需要返还合同。。辞职信只是简单的书面通知，你用书面语或者口语写出来，都是一样的，没任何区别。

给个notice，2周走人就完事了。。你也没有义务交代你离开公司后去哪做什么事。

不过要看看合同，有的说你辞职后一段时间内不能去其他竞争公司的。
