i hand my PR application in last week and they already sent all my evidence back, what is that mean??? AR???

can u check the letter fr immigration office what it says？Rejection or sth else? it's impossible that they don't say anything but just return your evidence!

我也一样，资料递上去了，2周左右就把原件退回来了，复印件他们都拿走了，然后就说4个月内会分到移民官。我flatmate等了4个多月还没有分到移民官呢，还不知道我要等多久呢。我才递上去一个月。

If so,that'd be OK. It's not rejected. That means Application Received.In this case you have not CO currently. Don't worry about it.
