房子的LIM中有这么一条：Special Feature Code: CHI-Heritage and Inventory Site
This property has been identified as a site that may contain an archaeologial feature, waahi tapu or other site of significance to Maori. This data has been extracted from the Cultural Heritage Inventory (CHI) complied and manged by Auckland Regional Council.

请问这是什么意思？买这样的房子会不会有什么潜在问题？

看不出有啥历史文物。整条街道都是普通民居。我看得这个房子也有8 9十年了。LIM里别的内容都没啥问题，就是这一条搞不懂什么意思。

是一个限制条件，是关于有考古价值的土地，可能有毛利祖先居住过。将来开发时有可能会要求写 archaeology report, 大约2-4千块。如果不继续开发，感觉应该不会有问题的。

Saw a case in Devonport before,
an owner wanted to convert a tavern to an apartment,

but human remains were found ,
and were identified as from Maori ancestors,

so the conversion plan is in linger now ,
by legal battles from Maori.

Your best bet is to check with local city council.
Never rush to a purchase.

这就是个自己住的房子，买来也不会搞什么开发改建之类的。
我担心的是土地的问题，会不会涉及到这块土地的所有权的问题。因为以前听说过有些土地是属于毛利人的，担心会不会是这种情况。
