I am looking for investment properties in south Auckland. Could anyone tell me these bad streets in Otara? You know,
those are almost no go places?

I am in a group of over 30+ investors mentored by Ron Hoy Fong, and we do not step over Panama Road in Mt Wellington South.

I'm getting 7.5 to 8%+ yields in Auckland City atm.

South Auckland is great for yields, but expect tenant issues. Bank top up restrictions may also apply for the area.

If you are new, be careful of the south!

Otara就不要试了吧，那边满18周岁还没有police record的男性几乎没有。这就是为什么那的房子最便宜的原因了

我感觉靠近te irirangi drive 靠近flat bush这边要好些。其实开车转一转，可以感觉到那些好点那些不行。南区投资潜力也很大的，投入不会很高（现在也有些离谱了），但是相比而言回报却很不错。otara不敢说，南区其他地方远景都还不错。

现在的otara如何，有没有一些好点的街区介绍，mit后面那一片如何，谢谢

额...那不是OTARA最乱的地方吗？有女生朋友大白天在那被抢包，呼救时旁边店里冲出个拿木棍的岛要帮她，还安慰她被抢很正常的，这是OTARA！哈哈哈

白天抢包好象在所谓好区多一些，目标亚州女士. ponsonby 以前也不是一个好区.
