请问superannuation contribution 是啥东东？是不是雇主按照比列给员工缴纳的养老金，这个钱每个月能拿得到手吗？是不是要65岁以后了，才能拿到?

if you contribute 5% of your imcome into your super scheme, your employer will contribute 5% into your scheme as well. it depends on how your employment agreement was written. E.G., you may have 1/3 of the employer contribution+your contribution when you quit after the 1st year, 2/3 of employer contribution + yours when you quit after the 2nd year, all when you quit after the 3rd year.
