今天带客户去看一个农场，主要还是果类。。。

农场主说超市基本是把他们剥削完了，但是还是赚钱，可想而知超市赚多少，即使折算运输中坏的，烂的。 200-500% markup？

超市给他们收购价：

KIWI果（猕猴桃）20c/kg

苹果 ROYAL 50c/kg

你不卖，人家还有别的农场可以收。。。

看了一下超市最便宜的KIWI FRUIT都要89c 。。。估计是自己种的

PAK N SAVE 打折还要1.49/kg

还好这2样水果都不需要怎么护理。。。。

怪不得没个卖菜卖水果的会倒闭。。。

超市不是和果农直接收购的当中有MIDDLE MAN, 在CHCH 比如MG， FRESHMAX，T&G
超市能赚30%就不错了

Raeward Fresh仍然是从freshmax和MG 那里拿货！ pak`n sav也不是直接从farmer拿，中间需要foodstuff...

FOODSTUFFS下面是NEW WORLD， PAK‘IN SAVE还有4 SQ。PRGRESSIVE 下面是FOODTOWN，FRESH CHOICE，WOOLWORTHS，COUNTDOWN 和曾经的PRICE CHOPPER。PROGRESSIVE 没有退出新西兰，现在在COUNTDOWN工作的都是和它们公司签的约。FOODSTUFFS是新西兰本土的，PROGRESSIVE 是澳洲的~~~两家公司下的超市工资是有区别的，PROGRESSIVE的一直都要高一些。~~~以前FOODSTUFFS那个E-COMMERCE的经理来学校介绍过他们公司，她也是CPIT的校友呀，学IT应该都知道这个区别，因为有几个作业就是关于这两个公司的~~`而且我也在WOOLWORTHS混了好几年，所以知道一点

上次就讲了苹果的收购价格是50C吧~~超市还是要找中间商的，除非你是讲那种小的专卖蔬菜的店~~。有些蔬菜水果专买店也是要找中间商的，但是一般拿的是SECOND GRADE，这样才可以给大家比超市更便宜的价，因为超市一般都只拿最好的。老公在PRODUCE DEPARTMENT做，有时候也要去MARKET 订货，所以知道一点~~~~。

woolworths, countdown和foodtown 是属于progressive的.

好象从去年开始,woolworths这个牌子开始撤出新西兰, 全部换成countdown. 弄的upper riccarton 500米之内有2家countdown. 不知道他们是怎么想的

foodstuffs 旗下有 park'n'save, new world, four square, henry's和trents 等等.

大的超市还是要从中间商拿货的吧。彼此签的有协议的吧？有保护条例的似乎，不然都去直接找农场，中间商赚什么。。。
