刚接到C&C DHB的电话，让我下周的下周做个phone interview。my frist interview ever...有没有人作过phone interview的，传授一点经验阿。很紧张的说。

All my intereviews last year have got "Treaty of Waitangi" problem....It's a fav question for NURSES....probably not for IT people...eg.
Are you familiar with Treaty of Waitangi? Can you tell you how you are going to apply that in your nursing care?
Have you ever dealt with a difficult patient? How?
Can you give me an example how you apply cultrural safety in your nursing care?
Why do you want to be a _______ nurse?
What can you see yourself doing in five years?

Always remember!!! When they ask you: Any questions? Always ask something!!!
You can ask things you already know...usually I ask...I'd like to know how ___DHB supports nurses to develop their career.... Something like that.... NEVER ask: Holiday/ Salary/ Pay/ Leave

一定要多准备一些Scenarios. 上来先问好，然后全都是Scenarios.如果想知道的更详细的话告诉我你的电话。

我觉得那个问题不难啊。。。I would follow instructions of the shift-co ordinator at the time. Practising as a new registered nurse, I need to be aware of my limitations. I would however raise my different opinion during a debrief once the critical situation is delt with, to fully discuss and therefore improve my practice.
