最近跟老公张罗着买房子，虽然宝宝刚出生，但是一想到以后要上学什么的，就想着买房子要买个学校好的区域，Woodridge，newlands那边房子貌似新一些，所以就想在那边看看，可是又有人说那边学校一般，岛民毛利多，是这么回事吗，我这想的是有点远，可是好不容易买回房子，方方面面的不得不考虑到呀。

除了这个区，还有那些区的学校比较好啊，我们不想住离城里太远了。。

你可以上网站查一下你要去的学校的报告, 和学校的评分, 10分是最好的. www.ero.govt.nz

i have explained myself clearly that i don't think primary education matters that much. decile ratings is only about the socio-economic backgrounds of the families living in the school zone.----just think--are you rich enough to uplift the decile band of the school.

If you have a boy, Mt Vic is the best choice. If it's a baby girl, Karori, Thorndon, Wadstown, Kelburn are better options.

If you have both, Karori, Wadestown, Thorndon and Kelburn would be good.
