'dsp' is 'desert spoon' and it equals 2 teaspoons, or 10mls. I have a set of British measuring spoons, which gives the measurements in both spoonfuls and mls:

for reference:
1 tsp = 5mls (tea spoon)
1 dsp = 10mls (dessert spoon)
1 tblspn = 15mls (table spoon)

dessert spoon is larger than a teaspoon and smaller than a tablespoon.
But Australian dessertspoon is 14.5 mls...so check what recipe you are using.
