各位高手们，如果我拍了一组街头人文，包含了路人清晰的面孔，把照片放到网上到底合不合适？可能他本人一辈子都不会发觉，就算发觉了也未必采取什么法律行动，但是。。。但是但是，我想做一个有素质又高尚的摄影爱好者，我不想因为自己不当的行为玷污了这个艺术，被认为是破坏他人隐私的偷窥者。请各位高手说说自己的看法。

in New Zealand, if the person in the photo is in a public area and he/she is just a "normal person" (not celebrity), and the photo is not for commercial use, then you are okay.

曾經聽說要看照片中人數, 好像三個人以上就沒關係(公共場合中)...但是不確定

CC: that document seems a bit over simplified. As far as i know, if you are taking photo in public space, then you are free to take photo of any buildings or person. But many places are private space open to public (e.g. shopping malls, commercial buildings, university) so if you are inside those areas, they have right to stop you from taking photos. And there are places/buildings/person that have copyright/trademark themselves so even if you take the photo of those places/building from public space, you cannot sell those photos unless it is approved by them (i.e. pay them $$$) . And there are some a lot of grey areas in between that need lawyers to work out

其實這中間有很多灰色地帶, 有時候簡直需要一個律師團去確定什麼是可以還是不可以

BUILDING就屬於內部使用者的管理了~ 跟BUILDING外部不一樣~
