朋友有一副个性车牌

但他人现在不在新西兰 车牌在他名下的

现在要转到我名下装我车上用 （经过同意的）

有什么办法吗？

我前两天去AA问，那个人说的很迷糊，车牌好像没有OWNERSHIP的，没谁名下的
拿去AA说你要换车牌就好，估计他们都不知道那车牌是谁的

个性车牌是有OWNERSHIP的，但有个漏洞，就是把任何个性车牌挂在任何车上超过3个月，那个车牌就属于那个车的车主，什么狗屁policy...

如果那些车牌单卖的人，卖掉再说自己车牌丢了也可以啊，无凭无据的

只要他允许你换车牌，到AA填个表，自然会给你新车牌的路税

个人经验
谁的个性车牌都好 只要车在你名下 车牌放到你车上 那牌照就是你的。
如车上有个性牌，换回普通牌照，那个性牌只在无名之下。
再简单点说，牌在哪车上，车是谁名下就是谁的。
就跟车一样，你不用经过车主同意下，自己去把户给过了都行。但是如果车主说你是偷或盗，那么就打官司咯。

不对的话,请高人在指点...

4楼 is right, 9楼 is not really right, coz personal plate has own ownership, nothing relation with the car...
LZ, U put the personal plate on your car first...
after 3 months u need to ring The Government Plate Manufacturer, and get a form from them for change onership... (0800 736 253 )
Also u will need a JP to sign for that as well...
That what I did before... Hope it will help u

-哦 好的 谢谢  -那意思是说 这3个月 不能被抄牌咯？。但在CT停车的时候 那张路税上面和车牌不符 会开罚单的吧？

U go to AA or VTNZ ask a form for change to personal plate, and give your old plate back to them will be done... no problem with 抄牌... because after your finish the form and change to personal plate, they will give you a new路税 card, and just put the new one on...
Then u just wait 3 months and ring the 0800 phone to do change ownership...

这个车牌不算你的。。个性车牌跟人走, 不跟车。。
以后买车的时候如果随车的是个性车牌, 要给车牌也过个户..

personal plate can be yours unless u been fill the form in...
if u don't have the ownership...
which mean u are not the plate owner, just that, there should be no problem with it...
