Yes.It's not cheap. But you save the transport fee and time.
You definitely can walk everywhere in the city from these two suburbs.
It only takes you 3 mins to walk to Courtenay Place,New World and swimming pool.
10 mins walk to City Council, Central Library, Manners Mall and Cuba Mall.
15 mins walk to Lambtan Quay.

在市区附近找新房。brooklyn风车那边的房子新，有海景，但是风也大。再就是churton park了，就是离市区远点，米有海景。woodridge那边也离市区远点。但都是较新房子。价格应该在50-80万之间吧。
