first.. contact NZ immigration about u need a letter from them to prove that u need the police certificate for immigration purpose . (call NZ immigration hotline. u need to tell them ur passport number and date of birth. they will send u the letter within a week)
2 .. go to police station and book a date for a full set of fingerprints.
3..get a bank draft to the amount of HK$169 to "The Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region". MUST BE IN HK DOLLAR!!
4.. download fingerprint consent form, an application form and a standard personal data form from HK police force website.
