家里的二层楼上有个大阳台,下边是一楼的厅,前一段大雨有点往楼下的厅里滴水,台面是磁砖的.小雨就没什么事.找了几个人过来看,都说要把磁砖起掉重新做防水.本人想这工程可太大了,只是小小的滴水,要花几千块搞全部防水,有点太贵了.现在想与其花那么多钱重新搞磁砖还不如索性改个太阳房或遮阳蓬之类的,夏天可防太阳,冬天可避雨.还能做个多功能用途. 现在想问下,遮阳蓬会防雨吗?寿命怎么样?或者是否要申请concent?

遮阳蓬应该没那么贵，我见过别人家装在阳台顶，可以伸展的，就像屋檐伞，遥控可以伸缩的，感觉挺好。

楼主我家情况和你家情况一样，不知道你家阳台有多大，要是不大的话遮阳棚可能管点用，但是下雨时风吹得方向假如往里面吹得话也会把雨水吹进来的，但是好处是地上不一定能积那么多积水，要是能把阳台地面做的稍微有些往外斜的坡度就好了。我家阳台80平，不可能做遮阳棚全部盖上，打算先倒点沥青在漏的地方看看，然后重新刷漆。

那么大呀,我家的不大,应该也18平米吧,现在问题是找不到从哪里漏呀.阳台上有排水孔,只是大雨时下面才会滴水,小雨没事儿.不知道遮阳蓬要不要consent

我家找漏水的办法是楼下滴水地方的ceiling肯定是湿的，把那部分拆掉看看，有时候水是沿着ceiling流到一个地方然后开始漏，所以滴水的地方不一定的漏的地方，所以ceiling得jib可能要拆得多一点，但是反正以经湿了，早晚要拆掉那部分重新补ceiling，所以也无所谓了。然后你在下面往上拿棍子捅捅，另外一个人在阳台上就能找到漏的地方了，但是注意哪个地方周围的一片区域的瓷砖缝隙都要补。我觉得使用遮阳棚是治标不治本的方法，不如好好的把漏水的地方都补好最好。

我家是从上边的实木柁上滴水的，ceiling并不湿。这几天下雨很奇怪，不漏了呀。真不知道什么毛病。

那可能是风吹得方向不对，没有把雨水吹到那个漏的地方去。你说得实木柁，有可能是水流到哪个地方去的，漏的并不一定是那个地方。你家相对的上面是不是正好对着阳台和市内的的门/墙？

15平米以后的遮阳逢是不用申报的,我家的是大约10平米,报价二万多呀,好贵呀.
