房子 - 30多万的可能只能买到Unit吧。
消费 - 和wellington差不多
水费 - 似乎是没三个月交一次，交给council

水费看家里人口和用水的习惯，我家用水比较废，一般一个月要70-100的样子。

Residential charges
Charges for water and wastewater services effective from 1 July 2009 are:



Service Charge$79.92 per yearA ‘per-day’ charge for the period covered by your bill that goes towards maintaining your account. It applies whether you use water or not.
Water$1.562 per kLThese charges cover the cost of operating, maintaining, and renewing Auckland City’s pipe networks. They also cover the cost of bulk water and wastewater services provided by Watercare.
Wastewater$3.745 per kL

All charges include GST
1 kL = 1,000 litres


As it is difficult to meter wastewater, usage is calculated based on a quarter of household water not going into the wastewater e.g. used for gardening. Accordingly, your wastewater charge is based on 75% of your water usage as measured by your water meter.

我个人觉得GLEN EDEN（西区）有些街的房子不贵而且还不错。30万中能买到3房1厅还带地。西区的污水不收钱。

在WLT住了６年了，这里的确太无聊了。中国人越来越少，餐馆味道不怎么样，选择又少。搬到奥克兰是我的目标

去CITY的话大概要30分钟左右，具体要看在GLEN EDEN的哪个方位。如果离火车站进的话搭火车会快点。

Auckland city 的水费是缴给Metrowater的，是不council。
