New Zealand has lots of short-term work opportunities for working holidaymakers. We encourage people on working holiday permits to consider jobs in the areas of agriculture, horticulture and viticulture (grape-growing).

Working holidaymakers who are able to show they have worked in the horticulture or viticulture industries for at least three months could be eligible to obtain an extra three month stay in New Zealand. For more details on this policy, please see the page about the Working Holidaymaker Extension permit.

如果要想续签的话，需要提供至少工作三个月的记录。

Working Holidaymaker Extension Permit

If you are in New Zealand on a working holiday permit and you are able to show you have undertaken three months or more of seasonal work in the horticulture and viticulture industries during your working holiday, you may apply for the working holidaymaker extension permit. This permit is for an additional three months at the end of your working holiday and will have the same conditions endorsed on the label.

续签可以三个月，依然是WORKING HOLIDAY。

没有具体说明究竟是否可以转其他签证

但是我在移民局网站上没看到。
这个好像是以前的政策。

如果是新政策出台的话，
和之前的猜测没错。
转学签就很难了。

如果要extend你的working holiday的话，是必须有在果园或包装工厂打工三个月的记录才行呢

Working Holiday Scheme applicants have had difficulty lodging applications through our online system. These issues are being resolved. However, please note that only a limited number of people can access our Working Holiday Scheme online at one time. If you gain access to the system, you will be informed if there are any places remaining.
