好像没听说有四大的电话interview，不是直接去assessment day或者就是要你去做psychometric test。

Deloitte 问了我3个： 1） what's your career expectation？（Ernst & Young asked the same question in their online application form, so it will be easy for you since you have applied E&Y）
2) Give an example where you have demonstrated your leadership? （common question）
3) Are you willing to relocate to Wellington if it is required?

online application上通常已经包括他们电话里甚至面试时会问的问题了.想好怎么回答,给什么样的生活中的例子证明你有这方面的才能对通过面试有很大帮助.能收到面试要请已经很不容易了,要好好把握哦

等电话等得焦急。。。
不知道白天还是晚上来，听到电话就“怕怕“。。。

Deloitte asked me 3 questions: 1)Tell me sth about yourself? 2)Why do you wanna leave your current job 3)Why do you wanna join Deloitte?
Almost same questions for most of companys. But maybe it depends on your position.

四大又不是微软，还没牛B到地球人都知道的地步吧。
