提朋友发个帖。

工签是在这个单位办的，一切真实（完全不存在买卖工签的问题），工资也是每周打在银行账户上。

但是直到移民局要求提供IRD记录，朋友才赫然发现老板根本没有给打过税，这是不是彻底没戏了？

他之前还提醒老板，一定要打税，因为申请PR需要IRD记录......

你朋友的问题不大，你朋友的老板问题大了。
打不打税，不是你朋友控制的，根移民局解释清楚，就说是他老板的问题。

你老板都有问题了，你朋友的PR 肯定不着落了。
连税都不打，那么每年估计也是报亏损的，希望渺茫啊

yes, the employer is holding the PAYE as a trustee for the IRD department. It s a jailable offence.........

You need to know that PAYE deductio is employer responsiblity, not employee.....

does your friend has an employment contract? need to look at that as well , ( the hourly rate and etc.

First , tell your friend to ring IRd and give them her IRD number, and show them your friend s net paid over the year (through bankstatement)....

IF your boss has deducted more PAYE as what your friend should pay, The IRD will refund the PAYE to your friend and they will send statement to your boss to demand the total unpaid amount + penalty

what a dishonest boss~~ hate that kind of people
