2 Feb 2010 Cynthia Sengupta personally replied my email to congratulate me about my PR approved.
4 Feb 2010 AIP letter received
I think is case by case basis. I heard lot of people here talking about Cynthia but so far my case fall to her hands with superb fast approved and only received one call from Verification Unit to ask my HR department for full time contract, other than that no difficulty or bad experience from Cynthia. She is not as bad as you guys think. Trust me is just case by case basis.
Yes, mine one was shortage skill. I have Level 5 Diploma in Cookery. Last 2 years I completed my Level 4 Certificate but did not managed to submit on-time due to immigration policy change all the time. I got no choice but to studied Diploma. After I finished my study, I got job offer and submitted my application. I heard lot of ppl talked about this CO so at first I was also doubt about that but I still strongly believe is actually base on case basis.
So you guys do not feel down as far as all the information you guys were given to immigration are genuine and true, there absolutely no problem. I love to hear you guys get your PR real soon.
