大家有没有用过的，比较负责任的，价格合理的设计师帮忙介绍介绍吧。最好东区的，熟悉东边COUNCIL的，谢谢了。

I think you are looking for a good architect?

All Councils in New Zealand using the same Building Code so it does not really matter whether he/she has experience in Manukau (Eastern Suburbs) or not....but of course if he/she has a lot of jobs in Manukau CC, he/she may have some advantages as he got the network with the officers there

我朋友超级好~~~哈密尔顿那边房子设计很有名价格却收得只有一半左右，CT COUNCIL给他的评价很高
