turners auction，太过分了。。
上周刚刚把车拿到TURNERS AUCTION卖掉（他们有做车检report），拿到支票存到银行，没到账。昨天AUCTION 电话说我的车在中途坏掉了。拒绝把支票兑现。不知道明明车已经卖掉了，名字都更换了，请问各位高人指点，我该怎么办？或者去哪里请求帮助？多多谢谢。。

去找哪方面的律师呢。。。有专门部门会处理这样的事情么？

看看你当时卖车的condition里面有没有这一条

哪个branch的？
去找他们branch manager交涉
当时应该有签sales agreement。当车卖给第3方之后，他们的责任是必须把fund打入你帐户
至于车坏了或是如何，跟你没关系的，因为交易在签sales agreement的时候就即时生效

先去理论要是不行就法律行动咯
连名字都改了压根就8是你的车了
难道车卖了后撞了也管前车主的事么。。

先看看 terms and condition first
but according to my memory 我 if sales is complete and funds are cleared ( cheque is sent after 7 days of working or with in) then transaction is complete! nothing is related.
turners没理由退他们的sale and consumer agreement 也有写thats why 他们会在你买车的时候ask you do you want mechanical insurance or not.
如果还有问题可以参考motor cehicle sales act 2003. ^^

这事吧。。。真的不好说，换个位置，如果大家在车行买个车，车刚开出去就坏了，你会因为你过户了，车在你名下就不回去找车行吗？！

最重要的是看清条款在理论。。。这些在Sale agreement里边都是有的。

That's NOT my point, mate. My point is you have to read sale agreement before you actually go and argue with them. The warranty that dealer offers normally will be stated clearly in the sale agreement. Most of dealer will offer you this without asking(it is NOT only because of the law). What if nothing useful in regards of this is stated in the contract, you have to hope they are man enough to clean up the mess for you in a short period of time.

My point is always read Contract/Agreement before.
Before you sign, Before you argue.

看看买卖协议里面怎么说付款这一项目的

车卖了出毛病不关你的事，但是买家不给钱就关他的事了，再不给钱你报警告他诈骗都行。
