团聚移民未下，旅游签证下个月到期。所以替妈妈申请学生签证续签，等了一个星期后今收信引用了bon fide applicant说她之前申请了permannent resident under family category的申请，所以不是intends a temporary stay.我们打算写一份解释信，请问各位有没有遇到这种情况。其实我觉得重点是for a lawful purpose。各位申请过团聚移民后再续签有没有好主意，谢谢，谢谢。作者: forwarding 时间: 2009-11-23 20:19:31
