我是10月28日，工签和移民一起递交的，配偶类别的。
30日收到Email，告诉了申请号码和客户号码。
11月4日收到移民官的电话。也许是没有听明白，签证官电话给我说会寄信给我，说明天可能就能收到，可是今天没有收到。同时也非常不解，为什么要寄信给我啊，写Email不就可以了吗？
今天收到3封自动Email，给了我们一个PIN Number，我用这个PIN Number在移民局网站上做了注册，然后上去查看申请进展情况，结果，刚刚注册过的用户名就让我搞错了，连续三次登录错误，被锁上了。不知道是永远锁了还是多少小时后能自动解锁？
其中一个Email说，Your immigration application status has been updated，结果是没能登录成功，也没能看到，究竟现在是什么状态了。我想，既然是自动发送的Email，他怎么能知道我的申请已经has been updated呢？
我同时申请的工签和PR，今天上网查，结果都是：Failed Lodgements。
11月6日一早收到快递，退回了全部材料，同时收到两封新。
一封是关于工签的，主要内容：

My passport has been re-submissions.
About my residence permit
1)My son Zhang San living China now,He has booked medical in China, and he will need show his passport when medical, about 3 weeks after, his medical certificate and his passport will re-submissions to you.
2)my son Zhang San's Police certificates(local and notarial)re-submissions to you.
3)My son Zhang San and me completed Additional Information form and re-submissions to you.
My visitor visa expires November 14th, I am very anxious hope that you will accept my application.
