请教一下大家，我在原公司FT一共工作了13个月左右，并于2周前辞职，辞职后还有最后1个星期的工资和91小时左右的ANNUAL LEAVE没有拿到，今天查帐看到最后一周的工资已到帐（公司每2周一发工资），但是没有任何ANNUAL LEAVE的钱。请问我是否能够拿到ANNUAL LEAVE的工钱呢？因为我的银行账号即将取消（回国），所以比较急，想在问公司之前问下了解一下，谢谢大家。

AL应该跟final pay一起发的。

Annual leave是肯定可以拿到的

Check with your company as some paid annual leave separately, advise them that you are leaving the country and have the money paid out to you ASAP. Some will do them few days after. Again, confirm with your payroll department. Just to make sure there is no oversight of your Annual Leave payment.

应该可以的。还有8%的holiday pay是一定要给的
