请问下在yellow page里从那个专栏下找做builder report的人啊?我笨死了。找半天全都是盖房子的builder

其实,如果你是找大中介买房子,完全可以让他们推荐你一个BUILDER。BUILDER不会砸拿自己的饭碗,有大问题也不告诉你,那出了问题,你要是告他,他就不用混这饭吃了。BUILDER REPORT这种东西,很多混房市的人根本都不去做,就是买个安心,查不出大事,也绝对不会什么都查不出来。找出小问题的话,试着和卖家砍价吧。 切记如果做REPORT,一定要正规,不要随便给点CASH,找个人来看,连个正式的文件都不出,那做了和没做,没区别,浪费钱。

还没买呢,就是买之前好像要了解的东西太多了。谢谢二楼的解答。
但是有些人说中介介绍的builder不是很可靠,毕竟房子这种检查太专业了,咱们肉眼都能空间的问题恐怕也不用专业builder来给检测出来了,问题是等我们发现问题的时候搞不好N久以后了。到时还哪有时间和精力去跟那个当初给我们出report的人讨说法啊。

你在哪个区? 我在LOWER HUTT,如果你买的这边的房子我可以推荐我当时用的BUILDING INSPECTOR。收费比一般的贵,400多点点,但是做检查做的非常仔细。而且会告诉你这个房子有没有需要急修的地方,什么地方可以等多两 ...

builder report definitely worth the money, the one I recently used www.realsure.co.nz is really good. a bit expensive $575. If you are buying an expensive house then, it worths to spend a little bit more to make sure things are right. However, even with a good inspector, you may still be the site when he is doing the inspection, making sure he spend enough time on the inspection. and you may want to personally get into the foundation and roof cavity (you have to bring your own ladder and working clothes) to make sure things are correct. normally, because of the space of foundation, the inspector would only get into it, use the torch to have a look, and they might not see any leak, rotten timber, if this does happen and later on you want to go back to them, they will say, due the space limit, that is the best they can do, then you suffer. so, rely on others is not as good as rely on yourself, get into there, so if any leaking,  rotten timber. The key thing in the inspection is to making sure the foundation is right, the pile is right, the roof is not leaking, in general the important things, there will always be some small issues, such as crack glass and so on, these are the minor things.

Also, it seems not good to use the builder that the property agent recommend.
