总之是集体签名活动，大的宠物店都有表格，或网上可下载。是要求修改1999年的关于虐待动物的法案，提升虐待动物者的刑罚：

To increase the maximum custodial sentence for failure to care for, treat or humanely kill an animal from 6 months to 1 year and

To increase the maximum custodial sentence for willful ill treatment of an animal from 3 yeras to 5 years.
