我是才毕业的本科生，现在拿一年的open work visa, 之前听人说申请PR一定要两年以上的contract就可以，但是刚才翻帖子发现委员长说了一句话，fix term, casual，temp的职位都不能申请work permit~.... 所以说，如果签了fix term contract,哪怕是两年以上的合同，等你一年open过期了，你的work permit就没有了，你就被fire了，然后你就得卷铺盖走人了？

PR如果用job offer来申请的话，就只能用perm的工作来申请了，是这样么？

申請PR的job offer有規定要多久嗎? fix term行嗎?

工签来说，不需要是permanant的
fixed term的也可以签工签的，本人拿的就是fixed term的合同，一样拿工签。

PR的话，我有同事用fixed term的合同＋公司的support letter，一样拿到，当然那是去年和前年。今年以来的情况未知。

还是要看你工作的职位，是不是SKILLED的，这个才是讨论的关键！

90% sure it is skilled...........there are really limited options for graduates like me to find a job.....

毕业生找工作难，找到工作申请工钱又难，还有pr.移民局用各种各样的条款来限制我们，就是难，不过我们还是不能放弃，有机会就要试一试！！！

I currantly hold a 1-year contract work. I applied through skilled migrant category, by my CO told me I was not eligible to be considered under SMC. luckily i had just had 3 years' nz experience, she put me under 115 pts category to wait for interview.... for 3 months, until two weeks ago my employer offered me a permanent contract. my CO put my case into SMC again...

When my manager called my CO to support my application when I applied with the term contract, my CO didn't acknoweldge my application as SMC.....
