如题，是一次性付款的，律师发了房契titile的copy 但是是不是有必要看看原件来确定真实和名字呢？

Everyone can request a copy of Certificate of Title from Land Information New Zealand website. However, it costs about $8. Also, for a newly subdividied site, there are normally consent notices which require ongoing compliance while convenants that you need to know if you are buying a cross lease properties.
