请问下我是PR 我能不能在这里签欧洲的签证 (exclude UK)，然后回国的时候，跟国内的旅游团之类的去欧洲？？

It depends on your choice of longest-staying country in Europe, but more likely you can get a visa in NZ. Better to ask a travel agent.

When you submit your application, you need to provide details of your trip plan, air tickets, where to stay, etc.
