One day ago, it was ok, and the next day, I could not get on line.
I use a building internet connection, normally just plug on and start using

The little computer icon at the right bottom shows that “local area connected, speed 100 Mbps, status: connected”, but I still can’t get on line.

The activity packets data sending out is much bigger than the data received.

Other than calling the provider (cos no one answer the phone) is there anyone knows why and what should I do please?
