在AUCTION看的，是不是就不用担心前车主是否有代款，因为AUCTION 会替你把关，有贷款的他不让拍？？？？？是吗

车的罚单是跟人走，还是跟车走？上个车主欠的罚单，没交，也不打算交，我买了不会落到我头上吧？？？？
