请问大家，如果在写OFFER的时候，要加一个律师的意见，那是这么写？忘记了是SUGGEST TO LAWYER还是 LAWYER'S SUGGESTION！

希望写得专业点！因为是出私人的OFFER！

This agreement is conditional upon approval by the Purchaser's solicitor within 7 working days of the days of this agreement. This condition is inserted for the sole benefit of the Purchaser.
