我彻底无语了！！！！！！！

Good morning

The purpose of this email is to let you know that your scroll conferred to you in the August Academic Board on the 19 August 2009 was posted to you within the last 2 days. Unfortunately a programming error has occurred and the date showing on the bottom of your scroll is appearing as 19th day of August2009. This needs to be amended to the correct format 19 th day of August 2009. You will need to return the erroneous scroll to us to be destroyed at which point we will issue the corrected version.

I sincerely apologies for this error and any inconvenience it may cause.
