好久没来，看到好多人把我当sb一样讽刺。。先来一个例子，澳大利亚的curtin的。。
How can I access material that’s not available at Curtin?

You can borrow from other university libraries in Western Australia (this is called “Reciprocal borrowing”) See "Can I borrow from another university" below .
You can make a Document Delivery request if you are a staff or postgraduate student For more information see the frequently asked questions on document delivery.

Will the Library purchase items I suggest? Yes. This is another way of obtaining material not currently available at Curtin. Try the Recommending items for the collection guidelines or go straight to the Suggest a Book electronic form.
Can I borrow from another university?Yes. Staff and students of Curtin University are entitled to use the libraries of the University of Western Australia, Murdoch University, and Edith Cowan University, through the reciprocal borrowing scheme.
You need to register online before travelling to the libraries from which you wish to borrow so that your record is available on their system. You will still need to provide your home university ID card and your university email address when you first borrow items. Reciprocal borrowing rights are valid until the 28th of February of the following year.
Only academic staff and enrolled postgraduate research students (i.e. PhD or Masters Research students) at Curtin are eligible for reciprocal borrowing rights at Notre Dame University. Reciprocal borrowing rights are valid for the current academic year and will expire on the third Friday in December.
Remember that while using another University's library, you are bound by their rules and regulations.

RMIT的。。可以在所以维多利亚省借书。。别的学校一样
CAVAL Reciprocal Borrowing Program
RMIT University Library belongs to the CAVAL (Cooperative Action by Victorian Academic Libraries) Reciprocal Borrowing Program. This program allows RMIT students and staff to borrow material from other participating Victorian academic libraries. For more information go to CAVAL or go directly to Services for Tertiary Students page.

Who may borrow?: Check Borrowing from the Library information to see if you are eligible to become a CAVAL borrower.

Registration: Go to the Loans Desk at any RMIT University Library site with your current student/staff card to join the CAVAL program.

Returning material: You must return material to the library from which you borrowed them. Penalties and fines for late return of material are at the discretion of the lending library. These will be set out in the membership brochure available at the lending library.

好象新西兰除了奥大，别的七所大学可以互相借，奥大没有加入他们的图书馆协议，就不给别人借，自己的学生也不能去别人那里借。

I think all the libraries in NZ are in the network. People can borrow any books as long as there is one in any of the libraries. I got an reprint from Massey before.

auckland is quit different from others, I'm sure it's not in the same network as others. Auckland student can borrow books from others, but the period is shorter compare to the unis in the network.

I was pissed off once by the Otago librarian when they knew I'm from auckland

我也是这样听说了奥大没有加入其它大学图书馆的network。。。。

haha, the reason is the UoA lib has way more books than other uni, so why join them. I dont know the subject, for sci and engineerin, UoA students rarely need borrow books from other unis.

看了原来的帖子,下面回复的人确实满可笑的.不过没必要计较啦,每个人都有无知的一面.

相信那些人现在也学到点新东西了,这是好事来的,全拖楼主的福.

好像奥大的学生卡去其他大学办gym也不行.
之前去办gym,gym里面的说只要不是奥大的学生卡就行
