材料本身也不是很多，看一遍知道相关内容大概在哪里就好了，看别人的反而浪费时间

I agree. But I was familiar with the Act and Code only after I read them three times....

1 months is more than plenty. everyone doing PCE1 is working as well

Exactly. Even I went through other people's materials prior to one month, I wouldn't be able to remember anything. I have a short memory.
