Did anyone do this before? Appraisal of my supervisor, We can't say anything badly, right? Do I need to tick all boxes for very good or excellent.

how can you get on with them for future? that means we should say all good to them............sad :(

Well, if you genuinely believe that there are spaces for improvements then you should act honestly by pointing out things in a positive manner, not to make negative comments just for the sake of it if that's what you meant.
