Method 1:
go break ur plate...bend it, break it in half...
then go to AA and tell them ur plate is broken...so u need new one...
this costs $15...but cant guarantee u'll like the new plate (because u can't choose)
Method 2:
go AA, tell them the reason why u wanna change plate...
In my experience, I told them the plate contains number 4, which means death in chinese culture, and my family are really upset about it and really want to have the plate changed because it is cultrally rude...
Kiwi ppl really care about culture thing, so they let u change new plates
Again, it costs $15, but u can't choose the number on the new plate...
If the next plate still has the number u don't like, eg number 4, change again immediately, cost $15 again...
