标题: 求助，Foxton超速被照相，有可能取消罚单吗？ [打印本页]

我在从奥克兰回惠零顿的路上，被照相了。罚单说是在Foxton（快到惠零顿的一个小镇），在Johnston Street, between Union street and Avenue Road，限速50，我开了61，昨天收到了罚单80刀。我现在都不知道具体在哪里有camera，报我给照了？我模糊觉得是刚从限速80变到限速50的地方，我没立即将速度降下来到50，请问有在同一地方被照过相，罚过钱的吗？能给我提醒一下那条路上的情况吗，照相机到底在哪儿？是不是那条路很tricky，经常有人被照罚钱呀？
我想申诉一下，有可能免掉罚单吗？请大家给出出主意，谢谢。

这种罚单就不要去浪费时间申诉了~~~ 80交了就完了, 就当买个教训

you can reply and ask them to send you a photo.

once you got the photo, if you believe that you shouldnt receive this ticket.

then reply again and told them why you shouldnt receive this ticket..

but you can at anytime change your mind and pay the ticket

otherwise, you goto court and tell JP what happened and you may have a chance to get off this speeding ticket.
