Of coz....We have beginner class all the time....

Recent free training session is on this Friday from 6:30-8 at level 2 of Cafe(Direct under Shadow Bar). Just wear some sports clothes and try.

club里都是松涛的 for sure...

Usually, we will train sports karate and traditional shotokan karate in each session.

For sports karate, we train for fitness and competition thing.

For traditional shotokan karate, we train Kata and their Bunkai to make them useful.

We are using different rules with your kyokushin.

For first question, of coz not. 很壮? We don't need to be 很壮. We only need fitness and speed really...

锻炼锻炼身体 is the most welcome reason why people come.

each sem is $100 as detailed before. each session is 2 hours.
多少节课啊? Number of Weeks in 一学期 X 2. And it depends on how many weeks that semester has.

If we missed any, we will try to cover that during semester break.
