hey, guys. its been a while. Now, ETK saturday training is back on!
after a long, good holiday...i think everyone has put on weight. its time to get the fitness back! i had a talk with Ben and Roger, they need us back too!
here is the detail info!
when: every saturday, start at 4:30pm. full training for 1~1 and half hours
style: thai kickboxing
trainer: BEN, ROGER, or myself(if both of them are busy)
where: 701 great south rd, penrose
activities:
10~15 mins skip ropes
10~15 mins warm up
45mins~ 60mins pad work and technique
10~15 mins endurance & cool down
training ends
Sparring for senior trainee.
