今天的训练和sparring 完美结束~ 我们又认识了一位新的朋友，tee, terrance...（是这么写的吗）,白眉高手

for tee, 因为下个星期etk不开（ xmas holiday)，我想让大家在星期6跟你学下白眉的基本功还有些入门的combo。不知道可不可以，今天在a7家里看了些combo，都非常的影响深刻~ 希望可以知道更多~ 哈哈~

今天sparring的都有提升~

tony第一局打得不错~ 比上次好很多~ 只是体力没有分配好~
星星！keep ur chin down and guard up. dont drop the guard when you punch!
紫色天每次打都有进步，总是带着不错的节奏~ 有天赋
小光终于回归etk, 拳法进步很多~ 但是也是体力没有分配好~ 说好两回合，第一局就不要那么猛啦。下次记得带mouth guard
cc....what can i say....bloody long leg.....给我很大的压力~ 还好我会挡中段和高段~摔了cc2次~ 哈哈

，但是不错,cc腿功还是不错的。。。下次记得带mouth guard....有几次想打脸都硬生生的给我收回来了。。。

还有我们的etk外援 tafa~ 跟tee的那场~ good fight~

就是因为被你爽快的把我快摔了2次~

我不断的中段T呢~

的确~ 摔是我的薄弱环节~  所以昨天有点刻意去克服啦~

也不错~ 成功反摔1次~  抵抗3次(还是2次?  忘了)

TERRY的T力果然比以前长进许多许多`~~~~  COMBO也比以前来的绵密~ 而且总能打击一些我以外的位置` GOOD呀~

Now, it  time to be serious..
Thank you for let me join the "kung fu group". It is my pleasure to meet you guys.

I have to repeat my self again one more time!  It was fun! Very good experience for me and you guys got some awesome combos!!
A very good event that for oneself to learn how to " fit in " or adopt his own style to the others and also get to meet other martial artist!!
Highly recommended to anyone!!

PS. To everyone!! Thank you very much for the dinner !! Very  yummy!!
And especially thank you for A7 and his girl friend !! Thank you so much for your  hospitality !!

TEE兄劲呀~

身高够~ 肌肉够~ 速度够~ 反应也够~

可以跟FIGHTER打成这样~ 佩服佩服~

CC!! 没有啦!!只不过是我的装备够! 再加上我的 95%脂肪+5%肌肉... Plus the fighter Tafa really take it easy on me.
And in the second fight, A7 got really good fitness & combos too. It was good experience and training for sure.

By the way, CC !! your 北少林腿功 is really good !!

yes... we are gonna make it happen. pretty much ppl came last time will come this time.
i will post it out tonight. atm, we are planning having the class at one tree hill if that is ok for you? also, we want to get ladies involve as well. cuz 白眉 is really good for self defense.

Absolutely disagree!

No Good for me at all. She is trying to punch me everyday since she found my boxing gloves.

If she learned some Kung fu, she is going to kung fu me everyday! I think I will have a very poor life later on.
