TCL电视液晶背光层进虫子被拒保

去年黑色星期五之前一阵子在noel leeming买了一台tcl c725电视前两个星期进了一只蜘蛛在电视里（大约是进到液晶层之后）
联系售后，售后说液晶层和背光层中间有散热间隙，说是我没有保持电视周围卫生才进蜘蛛的
原话：The ventilation slots are always at the back of every electronic device facing the circuit board inside. On the other hand, there are gaps between the board and the TV screen for heat dissipation. The insect can pass through the ventilation slots at the back and those gaps on the screen, as to why it is important to keep the TV table or the wall mount spot clean or from anything that attracts insects.（通风槽始终位于每个电子设备的背面，面向内部电路板。另一方面，电路板和电视屏幕之间有间隙，以利于散热。昆虫可以穿过后面的通风槽和屏幕上的缝隙，这就是为什么保持电视桌或壁挂式安装点清洁或远离任何吸引昆虫的东西很重要。）
The gaps are between the LEDs and the panel layers for heat dissipation. Our units undergo several stringent quality checks in the warehouse to ensure that these are free from such prior to putting them in packaging boxes.（LED 和面板层之间存在间隙，用于散热。我们的产品在仓库中经过多次严格的质量检查，以确保在放入包装盒之前不存在此类问题。）


我觉得是封装有问题，真的想走售后更换，请各位帮忙出个主意，感谢*

应该是没有缝隙的，背光灯散热靠反面的铁板的，铁板上的热再后面的散热孔散出去的。
